Anshan Zhengda Furnace Material Co., Ltd. is located in Teng'ao Economic Development Zone, Haicheng, Liaoning Province, known as the "Magnesium Capital of China". It is a professional manufacturer of refractory materials that integrates raw material production, shaping, and non shaping in the rise of the Magnesium Capital.

The company was founded in 2001 and covers an area of 40000 square meters. It currently has 286 employees, including more than 30 professional and technical personnel. The registered capital is 50 million yuan, and it has fixed assets of 90 million yuan. The highest annual output value reaches 620 million yuan, and it has been listed as one of the top 50 taxpayers in Haicheng City. The company continues to carry out research and development innovation activities and R&D investment, and has obtained the national high-tech enterprise and Liaoning Province's "specialized, refined, special and new" small and medium-sized enterprise certification qualifications for several consecutive years. The company has a complete set of production equipment for both standardized and non-standard products, including crushing systems, automatic batching systems, 10 high-speed mixing machines, 17 molding brick presses, automatic packaging machines, two drying kilns, and some supporting public auxiliary facilities. The company has complete product testing equipment. The chemical testing equipment includes detection drugs and supporting facilities for commonly used chemical substances in refractory materials such as aluminum oxide, magnesium oxide, chromium oxide, iron oxide, calcium oxide, sodium oxide, silicon carbide, graphite, etc. Among them, physical testing includes testing equipment for room temperature bending resistance, room temperature pressure resistance, high temperature bending resistance, fire resistance, load softening temperature, bulk density, etc. The company focuses on innovative research and development of new products and technologies. The company has established a research and development center with 12 R&D personnel, all of whom have college degrees or above, specializing in metallurgical engineering, mineral processing engineering, materials engineering, inorganic non-metallic materials, etc. Through continuous research and innovation, the company has obtained 27 patents, including 1 invention patent and 27 utility model patents. The patented technology has been applied to the production of products, improving production efficiency, energy conservation and environmental protection. Our main business includes the overall contracting of steel ladles, converters, electric furnaces, intermediate ladles, iron ladles, heating furnaces, blast furnaces, etc., as well as the research and production of main refractory materials and supporting bulk materials and prefabricated parts for the above overall contracting projects, providing supporting products for large steel enterprises in China. Our main clients include Ansteel, Benxi Iron and Steel, Baosteel, Jianlong Group (including Heilongjiang Jianlong, Xilin Jianlong, Acheng Jianlong Metallurgical Electromechanical, Beiman Special Steel, Lvliang Jianlong, Chengde Jianlong, Guangxi Yongda), Tongyu Heavy Industry, Linggang, Liangang, Henggang, Handan Iron and Steel, Tonggang, Xuangang, Laigang, Kunming Iron and Steel, Tangshan Jianlong, and Tangshan Stainless Steel. Our main products are among the top in the national refractory material production enterprises, and we are a backbone enterprise in the refractory material industry.

The company's leading product refractory material complies with the national standard GB/T22589-2017 magnesia carbon brick. The company attaches great importance to the quality control of the entire product, and has established standardized requirements and control constraints for production planning control, production process management, production process supervision and management, and final product quality inspection and control.
